What Scita does
Scita helps each woman understand what her experience and health data may point to: perimenopause, something else, or both. Then it turns that insight into the right kind of next step: what she can safely act on herself, what she should raise with her doctor, and what Scita will not try to answer.
For self-care, Scita gives evidence-informed levers adapted to who she is, what her day already demands, and what she can realistically do. The aim is not generic advice or all-or-nothing change, but a first action she can actually live with. When something belongs in the clinic, she receives a doctor-ready summary that helps the conversation move from isolated symptoms to a more complete view of her health.
Scita does not replace care. We connect the ecosystem around her: empowering women with clearer self-understanding and practical action, giving clinicians better context, and helping prevention become more precise, timely, and human.
