Privacy Notice for scita.health
Last Updated: 6 September 2026
Who we are
Scita Health ApS (CVR 46117131), Copenhagen, Denmark, is responsible for this website and for the waitlist. You can reach us at hello@scita.health.
What this website collects
Two things.
Server logs, kept by our hosting provider Vercel to keep the site running and secure: your IP address, browser type and the time of each request. We process this on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational. Logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to track or identify you.
If you join the waitlist, the details you type into the form: your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name. Nothing else. The form does not ask about your health and does not have a free-text box. The form talks to our waitlist system from our server, so it sets no tracking cookies in your browser.
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not collect health information through this website.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your email address to tell you when Scita opens and to send occasional updates about Scita. We do this only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. The box is not pre-ticked, and we record when you ticked it and the wording you agreed to.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or simply by replying to it, or by writing to hello@scita.health. Withdrawing does not affect anything that happened before you withdrew.
Who processes it for us
The waitlist is held in HubSpot, which processes your details on our behalf under its data processing agreement. Our HubSpot account is set to EU data hosting. HubSpot may still access or process data outside the EU when it needs to in order to provide the service, including in the United States; HubSpot states that such transfers are covered by its participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses built into its agreement. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.
HubSpot holds your name and email address only. We never put anything about anyone's health into HubSpot, and the waitlist has no way to collect it.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details. When you unsubscribe we stop sending immediately and keep only a note that you opted out, so we never contact you again by mistake. If you want your details deleted entirely, email hello@scita.health and we will do it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, restrict how we use them, or object. Write to hello@scita.health. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or, if you live in Sweden, to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
This notice covers the website only
It covers this website and the waitlist. Scita itself, when it opens, has its own privacy notice, which you will see and agree to before you share anything about your health. Nothing about your health is collected on this website.
