My journey to precision health was not planned, it was forced. After losing my mother to a cancer caught too late, and facing my own surgical menopause, I saw what the system could not: everything is connected, and no one was connecting it. I did not need a wellness blog. I needed an engineering solution for my biology. With 20 years in digital transformation and a personal stake in getting this right, I built Scita to close the gap between what medicine knows and what women actually receive. The name honours my mother, Nina, a scientist who knew so much yet whose cancer was caught too late. It represents what I am building: an AI companion who actually knows, she who knows science, she who knows you, so no woman has to navigate this transition alone. My goal is simple: no woman should ever have to say, "I wish I had known sooner".
